I had my old one piece tub and surround replaced with a walk in shower. The work was done beautifully with 1 afternoon of plumbing prep and 1 full day of installing the new shower. This was not the easiest of jobs as I had tiled walls to deal with and a cement floor base. Cyrus worked close to 12 hours and did a wonderful job. He would not leave until it was finished. I love the new look. The entire bathroom seems brighter and more modern.

When I moved into this house I considered myself lucky, but when I saw the upstairs bathtub I was extra glad I lived downstairs… That bathtub was a rusty reminder that this centenarian summer home needed some serious work. Fortunately, we reconnected with Bath Fitter. They assessed and assisted speedily. Subsequently, Silas was sent and spent the better part of the afternoon and evening refinishing our bath surrounding from floor to ceiling. Now I wish I lived above so I could scrub a dub in that Dub (W) of a tub, a glowup we can’t help but love. So, thank you for taking the time to do such fine work. We’ll recommend y’all to all. Our tiled shower was in need of repair and after many attempts of trying to find a tiler, I received a flyer from Bath Fitter and thought to contact them. I filled out a form online and someone contacted me that same day. I called to set an appointment and they were able to get someone in the next day. William came the following day and explained all the details, gave me quotes and set up an install. Between that and install I contacted William about multiple questions and he was responsive within hours. The installer was very good, efficient and kind. When I asked for something else to be done after the initial install, they were able to get someone in quickly who was a different worker but equally as efficient, kind and helpful. This is by far the best customer service, quality workmanship and timely business I have ever worked with. I would recommend them tenfold!!

Everyone we dealt with from Bath Fitter was very helpful. The installer was great and the tub/shower looks excellent! I can't speak to performance yet since we haven't used it but we are very satisfied so far.

We used Bath Fitters to convert my mom’s tub into a shower to allow her to stay in her home longer instead of going to assisted living. We worked with Tony who helped us through the process and was familiar with what guidelines to assist the elderly. We loved the fact that all permits inspections were coordinated through them along with the warranty. The day of install Mike arrived extra early (as we requested) driving 2 hours to get to us. He was personable, professional very polite and good at what he did. We loved having him complete the job and felt comfortable with him in my mother’s house. Would highly recommended bath fitters!

Cyrus spent all day doing our remodel and to say we’re absolutely pleased is an understatement! Not only was he friendly and cracking jokes with us the whole time he was professional as well. He did a phenomenal job! This experience has been great 😊 Can’t wait to use our new shower and tub!
