Overall it was a great experience with Bath Fitter. Tom, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of assisting me pick out my options to make my new shower exactly how I wanted it. Brenden was the guy that did the install on my new shower and he did an amazing job! Arrived right on time, (I was told between 0800-0900 and he was at my door right around 0830 ready to get started). He was efficient, professional, and friendly. He did a thorough job of explaining everything when he was done as well.

He Was very thoughtful to protect our carpeting; was professional but friendly and was able to complete the job in just a few hours.
