We got a new tub and shower wall through Bath Fitters, and we like it a lot! Mike and Brenden installed it for us. They got here at about 8:30 AM and were finished at 1:30 PM! They were super nice and got straight to work. They had to sledgehammer out our original 400-pound cast iron tub, so it wasn't a quiet process, but it wasn't as loud as we expected. We have shoddily installed tiles from the 1970s on the bathroom floor, so we were worried that they would get broken during the installation, but they didn't break at all! I was impressed by how quickly they installed it, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them!
Rob did an amazing job with our tub to walk in shower conversion. He was friendly and considerate, explaining everything before and after job. Everything, including clean up, was completed in less than 8 hours. It looks beautiful and I am really enjoying feeling safe while getting in and out.
This was the second time my family used Bath Fitter. The first was a tub surround back in 2006. That held up incredibly well! The need came for a walk-in shower to due to my Mothers age. Billy helped me make the perfect choices & tailor everything to make sure the shower was functional and beautiful! Mike & Zach did an amazing job on the installation! They walked me through every part of the process and made sure I knew it was being built to my specifications. They confirmed all my choices before and during the installation to ensure I was happy!
